Production Manager

Description: responsible for the smooth running of operations within the production workshop. Highly motivated individual with confirmed experience, ready to engage in an exciting and constantly growing environment.

Office based in the center of Brussels located between Sainte-Catherine and Yser metro stations, easily accessible by bike, public transport, or car.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • The workshop manager ensures that production is ready on time.

    • Orders and procurement of raw materials.

    • Allocate human resources where they are most needed.

    • Ensure that production stages are adhered to.

    • In the event of a production-related error, the workshop manager checks various possible error sources to prevent recurrence.

    • Manage quality control.

  • Responsible for the quality of dispatched orders, ensuring that manufacturing methods are clear and up-to-date.

  • Ensure order tracking.

  • Ability to make a difference quickly within the company and evolve with us.

As a team leader, it is necessary to:

  • Ensure that the schedule is understood by all through meetings with all artisans.

  • Ensure that the workload is properly distributed among different artisans.

  • Demonstrate teamwork, communication with internal and external team members.

  • Demonstrate rigour and structure in work.

Skills required:

  • Rigour, pragmatism, versatility, good stress management, and developed practical sense.

  • At least 2 years of team management experience in a production environment, across all sectors.

  • Driver's license (Permis B).

  • Excellent mastery of French (spoken and written) and good command of English, knowledge of Dutch appreciated.

  • Appreciated skills: Marked interest in contemporary art, luxury experience, and craftsmanship.

  • Good management of classic office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe suite (Illustrator/InDesign).
