Description: as an intern, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to the development and realization of artistic projects and immersive environments. We are seeking a creative and hands-on individual ready to engage in a fast-paced and evolving workspace.
Internship tracks (choose one): Production, Event Management and Product Design.
Duration: 3 to 12 months.
Location: Office based in the center of Brussels located between Sainte-Catherine and Yser metro stations, easily accessible by bike, public transport, or car.

Internship in Product Design (from February 2026)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist the design team across the full development cycle of product and spatial design projects, from initial research and concept exploration to prototyping and production-ready execution.
Contribute to creative research, trend monitoring, and material testing to help shape bold, relevant, and purposeful design directions.
Support the development of objects and installations through sketching, 3D modeling, technical drawings, and production preparation.
Help build clear presentation decks and design documentation for internal reviews, clients, and partners.
Bring ideas to the table throughout the process by suggesting design options, improvements, and practical solutions, especially around prototyping, fabrication, and 3D printing.
Skills Required:
Strong interest in product, industrial, or spatial design, with a solid design culture and a sharp eye for form, materials, and detail.
Ability to translate concepts into coherent visuals, technical elements, and tangible prototypes.
Resourceful problem-solving mindset, with the flexibility to navigate both creative and technical constraints.
Comfort working efficiently within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, hands-on, and creative environment.
Appreciated Skills:
Confidence with 3D design tools such as Rhino or Fusion 360.
Experience with rendering software, especially KeyShot.
Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
Understanding of materials, fabrication methods, and prototyping approaches.
Familiarity with 3D printing workflows, constraints, and best practices.
Driver’s license (Permis B).

Internship in Event Management (from July 2026)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Support the Project Manager in coordinating and delivering events, from early planning to on-site execution.
Assist in the supervision and day-to-day follow-up of ongoing projects, helping keep timelines, deliverables, and priorities on track.
Take initiative during project follow-ups by identifying needs, anticipating challenges, and proposing practical solutions.
Prepare, organize, and maintain project files and documentation to ensure smooth internal coordination.
Build and update key production tools and event documents, such as production and event timelines, scenography plans, dinner schedules, contact lists, and seating plans.
Create clear and compelling presentation materials for projects using InDesign, PowerPoint, or Canva.
Coordinate communication with performers and external participants (singers, acrobats, and other collaborators), ensuring everyone is aligned and prepared.
Assist with staffing logistics, including recruitment, scheduling, and briefing of servers, hostesses, and event staff.
Skills Required:
Solid understanding of event management workflows, logistics, and on-site realities.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay calm and resourceful in fast-moving situations.
High attention to detail, precision, and a strong sense of accuracy.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a supportive and reliable attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Flexibility and adaptability in evolving, dynamic environments.
Appreciated Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Internship in Production (from Septembre 2026)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Participate in the creation of unique and intricate visual elements for diverse artistic events.
Assist in the design and production of installations, contributing to the development of each project’s creative direction.
Research innovative materials, techniques, and concepts to enhance the originality of our productions.
Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
Engage in the preparation and assembly of installations, ensuring attention to detail and precision.
Skills Required:
Passion for art, design, and event management, with a particular interest in hands-on creation.
Versatility, attention to detail, and ability to work within structured timeframes.
Creativity, autonomy, and strong teamwork skills.
Appreciated Skills:
Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Suite.
